Inclusion, Sustainability, and Tangible Commitment: Aglatech14 Social Project for 2025

At Aglatech14, we believe that a company’s value is not measured solely in numbers but in the tangible impact it creates in society. For this reason, in 2025, we launched an innovative social project based on inclusion, sustainability, and corporate responsibility.

Our approach goes beyond simple donations: we actively participate in change, collaborating with organizations that offer opportunities for redemption and promote a fairer, more sustainable economy. Every initiative we support is carefully selected for its transformative potential and its ability to create lasting social value.

O’Press: When Fashion Becomes a Tool for Social Redemption

The first step in our journey took us to Genoa, where we discovered O’Press – a screen-printing workshop established within the Marassi Correctional Facility. This project perfectly represents our vision of social enterprise: an economically sustainable activity that generates a positive impact.

O’Press provides inmates with the opportunity to acquire concrete professional skills and embark on a genuine path to reintegration. Three inmates, regularly employed by the cooperative, create unique T-shirts made of Fair Trade-certified organic cotton, printed with water-based inks free of solvents and harmful substances.

Each garment is decorated with original graphics that express creativity and serve as a tangible symbol of social redemption. These are not just products; they are true manifestos of possible change, embodying the principles of Article 27 of the Italian Constitution: Punishments may not consist of treatment contrary to the sense of humanity and must aim at the re-education of the convicted person.

During an online meeting with our team, Alessia Bordo, head of O’Press, shared the origins of this initiative and the daily challenges of keeping it active. Her testimony highlighted how skilled work is a fundamental key to reducing recidivism and restoring dignity and concrete prospects to those serving a sentence.

Our Active Contribution: “Fa’ la cosa giusta!”

Aglatech14’s support materialized through participation in Fa’ la cosa giusta!, the national fair for ethical consumption and sustainable lifestyles, held from March 14 to 16 in Milan. This event is Italy’s most important exhibition dedicated to sustainability and the circular economy.

During the fair, members of our team volunteered at the O’Press stand in Pavilion 5, sharing with visitors the importance of supporting projects that merge ethics with business. This hands-on experience allowed us to witness firsthand the curiosity and enthusiasm of people towards initiatives that prioritize social value alongside the product. Every conversation confirmed the growing interest in fairer and more solidarity-based economic models.

A Long-Term Commitment: Collaboration with Sc’Art – Creazioni al Fresco

In 2024, to celebrate Aglatech14’s tenth anniversary, we collaborated with Sc’Art – Creazioni al Fresco, an association operating within the Pontedecimo women’s prison in Genoa.

Sc’Art is dedicated to the professional training of incarcerated women and those serving alternative sentences through creative workshops. In these spaces of freedom and learning, discarded materials are repurposed and transformed into unique, high-quality accessories. Circular economy thus becomes a tool for personal redemption, where creativity translates into a concrete opportunity for social reintegration.

To mark our anniversary, we chose to gift our clients and collaborators items crafted by the artisans of Sc’Art, merging sustainability and inclusion into a meaningful present. Each bag, case, or accessory tells a story of rebirth and represents a unique piece of ethical craftsmanship.

Inclusion and Sustainability for Aglatech14: the tangible Impact of Our Social Projects

Supporting initiatives like O’Press and Sc’Art means contributing to a fairer and more inclusive society. Social reintegration is achieved through skilled work, which significantly reduces the risk of recidivism by offering a concrete alternative to the cycle of incarceration. Environmental sustainability is realized through the use of ethical and recycled materials that promote a circular economy, reducing waste and environmental impact. Human value emerges in every product, telling a story of personal growth and representing a real opportunity for redemption.

As a company, we believe our responsibility extends far beyond the professional sphere, embracing the community we operate in with a commitment that renews itself daily. The 2025 Social Project is just the beginning of a journey destined to grow and expand.
