Simultaneous and consecutive interpreting for an international B2B event

Organising on-site interpreting for an international B2B event means coordinating people, languages, specialist expertise and schedules that may change right up to the last minute.

In this case study, we explain how Aglatech14 supported an event in the biomedical sector, selecting and coordinating 13 interpreters and 6 hostesses and combining simultaneous interpreting, consecutive interpreting and reception services for international participants.

The challenge? Preparing interpreters to handle highly specialised content, managing different language combinations and ensuring real-time operational flexibility, even when schedules changed and interpreters had to be reassigned.

A project that shows how crucial selection, preparation and coordination are to ensuring the smooth running of an international event.
