We look after our translators with initiatives designed to foster professional growth and the exchanging of skills. We offer free training on specific topics – particularly translation technologies – and hold in-depth sessions with industry experts, as well as workshops to discuss issues relevant to the profession.
Our training commitment extends to activities aimed at students, undergraduates and recent graduates interested in embarking on a concrete experience in the translation sector.
Placing translators first: quality, dialogue, tools
Quality has always been our top priority: quality applied to our work, processes and results. We support high-quality translations by encouraging an ongoing dialogue with our translators, organising moments of exchange (Quality Assessment) to promote improvement and to accompany our collaborators on a path of professional growth.
Clarity and transparency are the cornerstones of our work method. We provide translators with all the information they need to work efficiently right from the start of our collaboration. Our Survival Kit includes a description of our workflows, as well as technical instructions, reference guides and useful contacts to facilitate collaboration and save valuable time.
Dialogue with our translators is further fuelled by in-person events, organised to encourage networking, and by our exclusive LinkedIn Community, a social space dedicated entirely to our collaborators. Opinion polls, trending topics and expert insights, as well as shared experiences and reflections, form the basis of an ongoing, open exchange with our exclusive network.
