Pursuant to the Articles of Association, Aglatech14 spa has adopted the traditional administration and control system.
The Company’s Articles of Association include the following Corporate Bodies:
- the Shareholders’ Meeting, a body entrusted solely with decision-making functions, which are the expression of the shareholder’s will, as well as an opportunity for management to decide on the key choices for the pursuit of corporate interests
- the Board of Directors, entrusted with the company’s strategic supervision and management, consisting of Giacomo Grassi as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and directors Alessandra Grassi and Alberto Carlo Magrì
- the Board of Statutory Auditors with the power to oversee the Company’s administration, consisting of Paolo Storti Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors, Statutory Auditor Marco Marra and Statutory Auditor Giuseppe Pepe
The statutory audit is carried out by BDO Italia spa
The supervisory body of Aglatech14 spa is tasked with supervising the operation and compliance with the guidelines of Model 231/2001 as well as updating it.
In consideration of the specific nature of the tasks carried out by the Supervisory Body, the related assignment is entrusted to Paolo Storti, Single Member of the Supervisory Body
