What is the real strength of this company?

Olga: “I believe that our strengths are our people and our relentless pursuit of the best technology solutions, thanks to which we have earned our customers’ trust and have become their number one choice as language services partner.

This is also reflected in our values: we are passionate about what we do and put the needs of the client first, always working together to figure out new and better ways of doing things, while caring for our community and for the environment.

Our goal is to continue to build on talent and technology to scale our service offering, become the language services leader in regulated industries and attract the best talent in the market.”

How, in your opinion, this new headquarters will change our way of working?

Olga: “We are a dynamic company with team members based in different locations, having embraced virtual and smart working as part of 21st century life/work balance. Having said that, I think it is important that we have a place that we can call “home” and that encourages a dynamic of transparency, innovation and collaboration.

We have built a modern space that is now large enough for all of us to get together under one roof and comfortably carry out lots of simultaneous business activities: organize large and small team meetings and trainings, collaborate in company initiatives, hold client and supplier meetings and events, eat and socialize at breaks, host internship programs and celebrate our successes.

I really look forward to 2020 in this new vibrant environment.”
